How do I sign up for the program?
Your loyalty account and customer account are one and the same. Already have an account? Log in to view your points balance and available rewards. Don’t have an account yet? Go to the “Create an account” page.
How do I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance in the “My Account” section or directly on the loyalty page.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points with every purchase made on the online store (€1 = 1 point) and by completing missions. Find all available missions in the “How to earn points?” section on the loyalty page.
I made a purchase — when will I receive my points?
Your points will be credited to your account within a maximum of 40 days after the purchase.
How can I use my accumulated points?
You can redeem your points for rewards by selecting the desired option on the loyalty page or from your customer account, then using the corresponding code on your next purchase.
