How to properly measure your pelvic circumference ?
Follow the steps below to know your pelvic circumference measurements :
- Take a flexible tape measure.
- Pass the measuring tape straight around your pelvis, at the widest point of your buttocks.
- Check that the tape is well placed around the entire circumference of your pelvis, straight and parallel to the ground.
- To be as accurate as possible in your measurements, you must be able to pass a finger between the tape measure and your body.
