A problem with your order ? Have you changed your mind ? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any items that are not suitable.

How do I make my return request ?

You have 2 solutions available :

Solution 1 : Log in to your customer account then, in the "Orders" section, click on Request a return in the right column for the order concerned.

Solution 2 : Go to the Returns Area by clicking on the “ Request a return ” button down below.

  • Enter the order number as well as the tracking number or your email address.
  • Select the product concerned then the reason for return : size, cut, color, etc.
  • Confirm your return.
  • Click "Print return document" to download your return label and print it.
  • You will receive an email from us to confirm that your return request has been taken into account.

Prepare your package :

  • Pack your items (you can reuse the original packaging from your order).
  • Stick the return label that you have previously printed on your package .
  • Drop off your package at the relay point closest to you.

How do I prepare my items for return ?

All items you return to us must be in perfect condition with the original tags still attached. For any products returned worn, washed or without original labels attached, no refund will be made. We will keep them available for reshipment (shipping costs payable by the customer).

For any return of padded shell bras, spacer (lingerie and swimsuit), it is imperative to return them in their original cardboard packaging so as not to crush or deform the cups. If they are not returned in a box, we will not be able to refund you.

For hygiene reasons, panties and stockings in sets are not returned if the packaging is opened. Lingerie accessories are not returned.

The "DUO" packs ("Duo Arum" and "Duo Slimmers") must be returned in their entirety in order to be refunded (if 1 piece out of the 2 pieces making up the lot is not returned, the refund will not be carried out).
