In the menu, click on the "Sales" tab to find our entire selection of discounted products as soon as the offer is online.
Can I apply a promotional code to a product on sale?
You can use a promotional code on sale products as long as they can be combined. To check this, find all the details of the offers on the Current Offers Conditions page.
How to benefit from discounts?
The offer is valid on our online store sanscomplexe.fr while stocks last on items tagged "Sales". The discount is automatically applied to the product.
Are sale items exchangeable or refundable?
You have the possibility to return items that do not suit you, even if they are on sale. To do this, simply make a return request. Exchanges are not possible.
For hygiene reasons, underwear in a batch are not taken back if the packaging is opened. All conditions for returns and refunds are specified in our general conditions of sale.
