In the menu, click on the "Private Sales" tab to find our entire selection of discounted products as soon as the offer is live.
How to benefit from discounts?
Private Sales will be accessible to customers with an account. You will need to enter your email address to access the promotions. The offer is valid on our online store sanscomplexe.com while stocks last on items tagged with "Private Sales". The discount is automatically applied to the product.
Are discounted items exchangeable or refundable?
You may return items that are not suitable, even if they are on sale. To do so, simply submit a return request. Exchanges are not possible.
For hygiene reasons, panties and multi-packs of stockings cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. All return and refund conditions are specified in our general terms and conditions of sale.
