3 STEPS TO EASY RETURNS
To request a return, start by logging into your customer account on our website then following these steps:
Go to My Orders then click on the "Return an item" link (at the top of the page on the Items Ordered line).
Select the items to be returned by ticking the "I am returning this product" box, then fill in the form (for each item you would like to return). You can add further details about your return in the Comments field if you wish.
Click on "Send request". Your return request will then be considered.
Once it is authorised (you will receive a confirmation email), the request status changes to "Authorised". You can now return your items via the procedure below (step 2).
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED AS A GUEST:
If you have purchased as a guest, this means that you have placed an order without creating a customer account or logging onto your own account. If this is the case, there are two ways to request a return.
If you don't already have an account, you can create one by clicking here. Your order will be automatically linked to your account so you can easily request a return.
If you still don't want to create a customer account, you can use this form: https://www.sanscomplexe.com/sales/guest/form and follow these steps:
Fill in the required information: order number without the # (e.g. 3000), your name, email address (ensure that the email address matches the one you used to place your order).
Click on "Continue" to access the next page, then click on "Return an item".
Fill in the required information on the returns form then confirm.Your return request will then be considered.
Once it is authorised (you will receive a confirmation email), the request status changes to "Authorised".You can now return your items via the procedure below (step 2).
2.ONCE YOUR RETURN IS "AUTHORISED"
Once your return status changes to "Authorised", send back your products (products must be unworn and with their original labels, and returns are at your expense) to the following address:

NEW ! You now have 3 options for returning your products:
at the Post Office
via a Letterbox return
at a parcel drop-off point
Don't forget to download the returns slip in My Returns once your return has been authorised, or include the delivery slip in your parcel.
If you do not have the means to print your label, please write your contact details, merchandise return number and order number on a piece of paper and enclose this with your parcel so that your return can be identified and processed as quickly as possible.
Tip: if your parcel is to be picked up from your letterbox or a parcel point, you will need to purchase and print a returns label in advance from the Post Office website.

3.ONCE YOUR RETURN IS "RECEIVED" AND "PROCESSED"
Once your parcel arrives at our depot and is sent for processing, your return request status changes to "Return received": you can now be sure that your parcel has been received!
Once the return has been processed, "Processed and closed" appears: your requests have been dealt with.
Your refund will be made within 14 working days* of receiving your parcel.
