How to measure your bra size?
To determine your bra size , you need to take 2 measurements: your bust size and your chest size .
The bust measurement is the one just below your chest. It is used to determine the length of your back circumference.
The bust measurement is the one that includes your chest. It helps determine the depth of your cup.
To be more precise, the bust measurement allows you to know if you are a size 75, 80, 85 for example and the chest measurement allows you to know if you are a cup C, D or E.
Before taking your measurements, start by putting yourself in the right conditions: take a soft tape measure and put on an unpadded bra so as not to distort the result.
How to place your measuring tape correctly?
Here are some guidelines for taking your measurements correctly:
Place your measuring tape just below your bra without tightening it too much to be comfortable.
Make sure to keep your measuring tape straight and parallel to the floor.
Place the measuring tape at the nipple tip, the furthest point on your chest.
As with the bust measurement, the measuring tape should be straight and parallel to the floor.
How do I know if I'm wearing the right bra size?
There are several indicators to guide you:
The backrest goes up
If you notice that the back of your bra is riding up in your back, and that it is not straight and parallel to the floor, you are wearing a size too big.
The cup does not cover the breast well
If your neckline is cut off or your breast is overflowing, your cup size is too small. Conversely, if your cup size is gaping and your breast doesn't completely fill it, your cup size is too large.
The seperator is not flattened
If your bra doesn't sit flat against your bust at the center of the breasts, you're wearing a size too big.
The frame bothers you
If your bra's underwire digs into your breast, sits awkwardly, and is uncomfortable, your cup size is too small. The underwire should sit snugly around your breast without being too far under the bust or over the breast.

EITHER increase the bust size by one size and lower the cup size by one size
