How does the sponsorship system work?
Thanks to your customer account, you are part of our loyalty program and have a referral link. To share this benefit with your friends and family, simply:
- Copy your referral link and send it to your friends and family via SMS, email, or any other messaging service.
- Thanks to your link, your friends and family can access the shop and benefit from a €10 discount on their first order.
- Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a €10 reward to use on your next order.
How many people can I sponsor?
You can refer as many people as you like! The more you share your link, the more people you'll make happy and the more you'll be rewarded.
Warning : If your relative is one of our clients, the referral is not valid.
How to benefit from the reduction?
The referred friend receives the reward after clicking the referral link. They are then redirected to the website to confirm their email address and receive the code. Please note that the referral program is only available to individuals who have never placed an order with us.
The referrer receives a €10 discount on their next order once the referred customer's order is confirmed. The code is sent by email and is also available in the customer's account.
The referral link isn't working, what should I do?
It's likely your friend or relative is already registered with us or is already in our database. You can only refer people who have never placed an order with us.
Can I combine the sponsorship discount with other promotional codes?
No, the discount granted through referral cannot be combined with other current promotions and offers, gift cards or prizes.
