Terms of Use for the Sans Complexe Lingerie Loyalty Program

ARTICLE 1 - Purpose of the Loyalty Program

The Le Club Sans Complexe Lingerie loyalty program aims, under the conditions set out in these general terms and conditions, to allow members to collect points and benefit from a number of preferential and exclusive advantages.

ARTICLE 2 - Scope of Validity

These General Terms and Conditions define participation in the Program, launched in June 2025, which allows members to collect points granting access to benefits depending on both the amount and frequency of purchases made on the website www.sanscomplexe.com, as well as the completion and validation of defined missions.

The Le Club Sans Complexe Lingerie program is valid exclusively on the website www.sanscomplexe.com.

The benefits associated with the loyalty program cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or ongoing commercial operations, unless otherwise stated.

ARTICLE 3 - Membership Terms

Membership in the Le Club Sans Complexe Lingerie loyalty program is available only via the website www.sanscomplexe.com by creating an account on the page Create an account.

The loyalty program is accessible subject to acceptance of these general terms and conditions. Membership is free and open to any individual aged 18 or over, acting in a personal capacity.

To join the loyalty program, it is mandatory to provide last name, first name, and email address. Membership will only be recorded if all required information is complete and usable.

Membership is personal, individual, and reserved for private, non-professional use. It cannot be transferred. Only one loyalty program membership per person is allowed (same name, first name(s), address, email and/or phone number), and associated benefits cannot be combined.

Any changes to personal data provided for loyalty program membership must be notified as soon as possible by email to service-client@sanscomplexe.com.

ARTICLE 4 - Points and Rewards

The program launched in June 2025 applies to orders placed from that date onward.

4.1 General Program Operation

The loyalty program allows each member, once their customer account has been created, to earn points that will be automatically added to their customer account. As soon as their balance allows, each member may access benefits, discounts, or gifts exclusively on the website www.sanscomplexe.com.

4.2 Points Accumulation

The Sans Complexe Lingerie Loyalty Account allows members to collect points based on purchases made on the website www.sanscomplexe.com, provided they are logged in with their account number, according to the following rule: €1 spent = 1 point (excluding gift card purchases and delivery fees).

Delivery fees and gift card purchases do not allow loyalty points to be accumulated.

All accumulated points will be credited and available for use as benefits within thirty-five (35) days following the purchase date on the website www.sanscomplexe.com.

If the Products have not been subject to a refund request, the points will then be credited. Other actions can also allow members to collect points on their customer account:

  • Retail Purchase

Purchase of Sans Complexe Lingerie products in the following retail chains: Groupe Super U, Groupe Carrefour, Groupe Auchan, and Monoprix. Upon submission, for example, of a full photo of the receipt showing the date, prices, and descriptions of eligible purchased products circled beforehand + labels attached to the product containing the original barcodes.

Reward: 5 points and a €5 voucher valid on the website www.sanscomplexe.com.

Sans Complexe Lingerie reserves the right not to validate receipts that are unclear or illegible.

Members may consult their points balance at any time by logging into their customer account on the website www.sanscomplexe.com.

4.3 Rewards and Discounts

After verifying the successful completion of missions, Sans Complexe Lingerie awards points to loyalty program members. When members reach the number of points required to obtain a reward, they can claim it by clicking “Redeem”. Points expire on June 30, 2026.

4.4 Points Cancellation

Points related to an online purchase that has been refunded or returned will be cancelled and deducted from the member’s loyalty account.

ARTICLE 5 - Tiers and Benefits

Points are automatically credited within thirty-five (35) days to each Member’s account.

Each Member’s status will be displayed in the “My Account” section on www.sanscomplexe.com.

Loyalty points are valid until June 30, 2026 (credited thirty-five (35) days after the purchase date or mission completion). Members may move to a higher status during the year (this change occurs automatically based on the number of collected points).

If the number of points collected during this period is sufficient to remain in the Member’s current status, no change will occur.

Otherwise, the Member will be downgraded to the status corresponding to the number of points collected.

In case of dispute regarding the accumulated amount, only the information contained in the WOLF LINGERIE company database shall be considered valid. Any complaint must be confirmed by postal mail: Wolf Lingerie, 2 Rue Alfred Kastler, 67610 La Wantzenau, France.

Three loyalty program tiers may be reached by all Members depending on the evolution of their points balance:

[Fan: 0 to 149 points]

The Member reaches this tier when they accumulate up to 149 points over twelve (12) months. Benefits include:

  • 10% discount on their birthday
  • Exclusive early access to private sales

[Lover: 150 to 299 points]

The Member reaches this tier when they accumulate up to 299 points over twelve (12) months. Benefits include:

  • 15% discount on their birthday
  • Priority information about new products (via newsletter)
  • Exclusive early access to private sales
  • Buy one bra, get 50% off one bottom

[VIP: 300 points and above]

The Member reaches this tier when they accumulate more than 300 points over twelve (12) months. Benefits include:

  • 20% discount on their birthday
  • Priority access to Customer Service
  • Exclusive early access to private sales
  • One free delivery per year (from €30 purchase after discount)
  • 20% off one basket (valid once per year, excluding promotions and gift cards)
  • One personalized appointment per year

ARTICLE 6 - Referral Program

As part of the loyalty program, Members may refer friends and family with no limit on the number of referrals, subject to compliance with the following conditions.

6.1 Referral Conditions

  • The Referee must not already be registered in our database at the time of invitation.
  • The Referrer agrees not to distribute their referral link or code on public, commercial, or promotional platforms (deal websites, forums, blogs, high-audience social networks, etc.).
  • The referral must be strictly personal and non-commercial. Any abusive, fraudulent, or program-spirit-violating use may result in cancellation of obtained benefits.

6.2 Offered Benefits

  • The Referee receives a €10 discount on their first order, provided the order reaches a minimum amount of €50 including tax after discount.
  • Once the Referee’s order has been shipped, the Referrer receives a €10 discount valid on an order with a minimum amount of €50 including tax after discount.

6.3 Terms

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, current offers, gift cards, or prizes.
  • Rewards are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Wolf Lingerie reserves the right to modify or suspend the program at any time without prior notice, particularly in case of abuse or attempted fraud.

ARTICLE 7 - Personal Data Protection

The protection of personal data of users of the Sans Complexe Lingerie website is governed by the Privacy Policy. By exception, this article specifies provisions applicable to each user (hereinafter referred to as “Member”) subscribing to the loyalty program.

7.1 Collection Methods

The Member’s personal data is collected directly from them at the time of joining the loyalty program on the website www.sanscomplexe.com. The Member is solely responsible for the quality of the personal data provided to Sans Complexe Lingerie.

7.2 Data Collected

The following personal data is collected on a mandatory basis as part of membership in the Sans Complexe Lingerie program: last name, first name(s), email address. This data is necessary for Sans Complexe Lingerie to authenticate the Member and allow them to perform actions. The absence, irrelevance, or lack of updating of such data may result in a delay in processing the Member’s request or even its rejection.

Other personal data collected by Sans Complexe Lingerie as part of membership is optional and is intended to better understand the Member and send communications tailored to their profile. For information purposes, Sans Complexe Lingerie processes the Member’s purchase history and use of the website (for example, by collecting browsing data via cookies, subject to consent). This processing is not necessary for creating a Member account but becomes necessary when managing the Member’s eligibility for various benefits of the Sans Complexe Lingerie program.

7.3 Purposes and Legal Bases

The Member’s personal data may be processed for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal grounds:

  • Management and operation of the loyalty program and communities: informing the Member about the loyalty program or available services, managing Member relations, card benefits, and card operations.
  • These processing activities are necessary for the performance of the Sans Complexe Lingerie Terms of Use.
  • Electronic commercial prospecting: creation of customer profiles, prospecting via emails and/or SMS, collection of data via cookies.
  • These processing activities are based on the Member’s consent.
  • Exercise by the Member of their individual rights: management of requests to exercise Member rights regarding the use of their personal data. This processing is based on a legal obligation.
  • Management of pre-litigation and litigation matters. This processing is based on Sans Complexe Lingerie’s legitimate interest in establishing proof of a right or contract.

7.4 Retention Periods

Sans Complexe Lingerie retains the Member’s personal data until the purposes for which it was collected have been fulfilled, namely for the duration of membership in the Sans Complexe Lingerie program, plus the applicable legal limitation periods, in particular to retain proof of transactions. In certain cases, a longer retention period is imposed on Sans Complexe Lingerie by legal obligation. Data collected for commercial prospecting purposes may only be retained until withdrawal of your consent and for up to three (3) years from the last commercial contact with Sans Complexe Lingerie.

7.5 Recipients

Sans Complexe Lingerie only transmits the Member’s personal data to recipients who strictly need it to ensure processing in accordance with the purpose of its collection. This includes service providers involved in managing the Sans Complexe Lingerie program.

7.6 Member Individual Rights

The Member has individual rights regarding their personal data: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction, right to object, and right to data portability.

Furthermore, the Member may at any time correct their own personal data by visiting the “My Account” page on the Sans Complexe Lingerie website.

The request must indicate the right(s) that the Member wishes to exercise. In accordance with Article 12.6 of the GDPR, when Sans Complexe Lingerie has reasonable doubts regarding the identity of the person exercising their rights, proof of identity may be requested. Finally, the Member has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), if they believe they are unable to exercise their rights or wish to report a breach of personal data protection rules.

ARTICLE 8 - Duration and Modification of the Program

Sans Complexe Lingerie reserves the right to modify this Loyalty Program at any time and invites Members to regularly consult it on the website www.sanscomplexe.com.

Sans Complexe Lingerie also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program, provided that Members are informed at least one (1) month in advance.

In the event of permanent termination of the Loyalty Program or a change in Account level, Members will be informed by email, it being understood that none of them may bring any claim against Sans Complexe Lingerie for any reason whatsoever. No modification or removal shall give rise to compensation for the Member.
