Wearing a size 90C involves specific physical requirements that standard bras do not address. A C cup on a 90 cm band size represents a volume that demands carefully designed technical solutions: weight distribution, active back support, wide straps that do not dig into the shoulders.

A bra size is made up of two measurements: the band size (here 90 cm) and the cup, which indicates the difference between the bust measurement and the band size. A C cup bra corresponds to a difference of approximately 12 to 14 cm. This means that several sizes are equivalent — they accommodate the same bust volume, but with a different band size.

• The width of the back band: It should be at least 7 cm wide to distribute pressure across the back correctly. A band that is too narrow rides up and loses all effectiveness by mid-morning.
