Which bikini bottom cut suits your body shape?
Your choice of cut mostly comes down to the look you want and your comfort. Here are the three main styles of bikini bottoms we offer.
Classic bikini bottoms
Classic bikini bottoms offer generous coverage front and back. It's the ideal cut if comfort and support come first, without giving up on style. They suit every silhouette and are especially well suited to long days in the sun, moving freely however you like.
Brazilian bikini bottoms
Our Brazilian bikini bottoms elongate the leg line and lift the silhouette thanks to a higher cut at the hip. It's a style that visually streamlines the lower body while still holding everything in place. It suits anyone after a more structured bikini look, without sacrificing comfort.
High-waisted bikini bottoms
High-waisted bikini bottoms sit up to the navel and give optimal support around the tummy and hips. It's our most popular cut for everyday beach wear: secure, structured, and easy to pair with any bikini top. A reliable choice for anyone who wants to move, swim and relax without a second thought.
Plus size bikini bottoms: up to EU size 52
All our bikini bottoms are available from EU size 38 to 52, across all three cuts above. We design our plus size bikini bottoms to the same standard of style and support as our smaller sizes: no cut is ever treated as purely "functional". The microfibre fabrics we use adapt to every silhouette and keep their shape over time, even after repeated swims.
How to pair your bikini bottoms with a top
At Sans Complexe, any bikini bottom can be freely paired with one of our bikini tops, to build your own two-piece bikini. That's the whole point of mixing and matching: choose your bottom size and top size independently, based on your shape and the level of support you want up top.

Our tips for choosing and caring for your bikini bottoms
To choose the right size, check our swimwear size guide rather than going by your usual lingerie size: swimwear stretch fabric behaves differently. If you're torn between two sizes, always go up a size to help the fabric keep its stretch over time.
As for care, rinse your bikini bottoms in clean water after every swim in the pool or sea, to limit wear from chlorine, salt and UV exposure. Avoid the tumble dryer and ironing directly on elasticated parts, and lay flat to dry in the shade instead.
